In 2002, two former MKA locomotives were rebuilt and exported to Senegal as the CC class. The company, SEFICS, wanted another two locomotives in 2005 and purchased two former ZC Class locomotives from Tasmania which were overhauled by EDI Rail in Melbourne. Here the former ZC class, no. 2143, is seen being loaded onto a lorry at the SSR Yard in Melbourne on July 6th, 2005 before being transported to the docks for export.
