RA1911
After withdrawal by Westrail, the R and RA class locomotives languished at the Midland Workshops of the company for almost two years before many were sold to a local contractor for disposal. The dissected body of RA class, no. RA1911, is seen along with the cab of a fellow UID RA class in October 1992
