The North East Line in Tasmania was the last 'home' for the ZC class locomotives and when traffic from Tongannah ceased in 2004, the last remaining members of the class were put into store. Just weeks before the last train, ZC Class no.s 2144 and 2145 are seen in the Scottsdale area with a loaded train for East Tamar on July 30th
