Construction trains on the Shay Gap extension of the Goldsworthy Mining railway were entrusted to both A class and B Class locomotives of the company. Here A class, no. 5, is seen heading east from the base with a constrcution train on July 26th, 1971. It is approx 98 miles from Finucane Island
