The damage caused during the collision with a track machine on the HSL between Llerida and Puigverd can clearly be seen in this view of Class 37/7 no. L31 (37888) on June 9th 2007 taken at the Puigverd de Lleida base. Within weeks the locomotive was scrapped on site.
