This site was first published to the Web in 1999 as a personal site on AOL. Over the next year it evolved into ee12csvt.co.uk, a site directly aimed at the Traction use of the Diesel Engine. On further investigation it came to light that the 12CSV had been used for other purposes, marine and industrial uses, and it was decided to expand the capture of the site, hence 12CSV.com was born.
