As part of the EWS foreign contracts initative, 42 Class 37's found their way to the South of France in 1999. Used on construction trains for the LGV Mediteranee, here is 37077 and 37100 bringing up the rear of a ballast train entering the tunnel at Col de Tartaguille on May 30th, 2000.
